We are always looking to bring additional volunteers into our program. All it takes to volunteer with us is a caring spirit and a willingness to learn the “ins and outs” of being a long-term care ombudsman.

We invite you to download, print, fill out and mail in the volunteer application linked here. All prospective volunteers are subject to a background check, and a program representative will call you upon receipt of your application to speak with you about your expectations.
